Keewaydin Homes is one of North Texas's Premier Home Builders servicing the DFW area mainly serving Hood County, Erath County, and Somervell County building mainly custom and semi-custom homes.
We are in several multiacre lot developments surrounding Granbury, TX and Glen Rose, TX. Experience country living while being close to city amenities!

Malcolm has 25+ years of experience in the development business. After graduating from Purdue University in 1989 he went into the home building business in the suburbs of Chicago. He later went on to become a licensed broker and eventually started a full scale commercial development company with a large portfolio of commercial properties and residential projects. He has completed projects in both Illinois and Florida and eventually moved to Texas to start Keewaydin Developents, LLC in November 2017.

Taylor graduated from Indiana University in 2015 with a degree in Public Management and immediately went to work for David Weekley Homes in their newly opened Chicago division. There he refined his skills as a Builder and directly contributed to the delivery of many homes in the surrounding suburbs. He relocated to Texas in 2017 to help start Keewaydin Developments.

Marshall graduated from San Diego State University in 2017 and immediately relocated to Texas. He joined Keewaydin Developments in 2019 and began managing residential projects. Marshall has extensive experience in renovation projects with Taylor and Malcolm in south Florida.
